Meet the Team Behind Marina Point 

The Sheida Group leads Marina Point and is a local, family-owned developer with almost 40 years of experience in Hope Island and the Northern Gold Coast. The group manages development, construction, sales and building management in-house and previously delivered the nearby $300 million Anchorage Apartments community. Rick Sheida is the developer, Reza Niari is Development & Sales Manager, and Malinda Hardacre is the project’s Interior Designer, bringing more than 20 years of property and design experience.

The architectural design is associated with Greg Forgan and Greg Smith of Forgan + Smith, who designed the apartments around larger floorplans, generous balconies and north/north-east waterfront orientations. Current project listings identify TSG as the builder and Byrns Ladner as Landscape Architect.
